Barbara's Blackberry
Dedicated to Barbara the cow, our miles of hedgerows are full of blackberries in the autumn. The hedges also provide shelter for Barbara and the rest of the girls from the sun, or more often the wind and the rain.

Ermintrude's Chocolate & Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
Chocolate ice cream as it should be; rich, creamy and decidedly naughty. Aptly named after Ermintrude one of our naughtiest cows - she's trouble with a capital T.

Clover's Clotted Cream
Dedicated to Clover the cow, who was born in a field with a clover-rich sward of grass. She's simple to manage, like this ice cream which is simply rich; no surprise as it contains our rich milk with rich cream and then clotted cream added!

Named after Maisey the cow. We have thought about feeding Maisey lots of mint leaves to get mint-flavoured milk but thought better of it

Rusty Buttercup's Rum and Raisin
Dedicated to the Rusty Buttercups, one of our oldest families of cows. We are currently milking the 14th in this longest of lines. Please believe us when we say they've all been rum 'uns!
